Shipping policy
We understand how important fast and reliable shipping is when placing an order. That’s why we’ve streamlined our fulfillment process to minimize both shipping time and cost.
Domestic Shipping
- Free standard shipping is available for all orders shipped within Singapore for orders above $100.
- Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of purchase.
- All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and carrier details.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within Singapore. If you're located outside of Singapore and are interested in our products, please contact us for assistance.
Preorders
If you place an order that includes preorder items, please note the following:
- Preorder products will ship only once they are in stock.
- If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order may be held until all items are available (unless otherwise specified).
- Estimated shipping dates for preorders will be indicated on the product page.
- Shipping timelines for preorders are subject to change due to production or supply chain updates. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
